A small cedar hut with six seats contains a wood burning sauna imported from Finland.
Easily lit, it quickly creates into a toasty hot room. A few drops of eucalyptus oil poured over the hot coals creates this space into a therapeutic cleanse.
The Finlandians say that during a sauna interval showers should be taken… preferably cold… That taken into account… we afforded our guests the option of an invigorating hot or cold water outdoor shower.
Sooke has a selection of mobile spa services. Everything from massage, wraps, and soaks are available with hot rocks or touch, facials & pedicures. Spa treatments may be made direct with practitioners (Advanced reservations are requested, but may be made while on-site if possible).
Relaxation Packages
As an example there is a variety of relaxation packages available. Single or couples Swedish style relaxation massages or hot rock massage may begin with a soak in the outside hot tub then retreat to the privacy of your own bedroom or chosen place, where masseurs await with twin tables and their luxurious touch.
