Lodge or Cottage Rentals
2 months prior – before an arrival date
If the full property remains open & available reservations will be taken for the complete lodge or the individual private cottage/hut rentals.
“HOLD”s are accepted for rentals prior to the month & half time frame.

Individual Bedroom Rentals of the Lodge
1 month prior – before an arrival date
If the complete lodge remains open & available then reservations will begin being taken for individual bedrooms of the lodge.
When the property is rented as separate bedrooms, guests maintain each bedroom space privately with a common kitchen and living space & share the luxurious outside hot tub/sauna & hot water shower.

*We keep our rates consistent and the same rates year round.
We have learned that power & firewood usage during the fall and winter seasons requires this.
** We list our cleaning services separately to ensure a lower daily room rate.
This is a vacation home and guests are expected to leave spaces in a respectful condition.
** OUR HOUSEKEEPING CREW has been around for years… we pay them a fair living wage so that they too can vacation and buy groceries… thank you for your support.

Extra Services
- Additional Guests = $30 per night
- Additional Airbeds & Setup = $25 per set
- Events & Weddings are subject to prices listed on the Weddings & Events page
Pets
- We encourage guests to travel with their family pets & ask them to be responsible for them and to keep them with you (they like it best this way).
- We charge $30 per pet for their stay.
- Please let us know if you require a pet-bed, extra dog blanket, or drying towels for your canine friend.
Reservation Requirements
- TWO NIGHTs minimum year round.
- THREE NIGHTs stays are required FOR SUMMER/FALL SEASON & HOLIDAYS with long weekends
- THREE NIGHTs WEDDING & FUNCTION in ALL SEASONS – please refer to Weddings & Events page for a complete listing of costs for events and gatherings at Craidelonna.
- ONE NIGHTERS – While we do not take reservations in advance for one night stays we encourage guests to call and discuss what is happening on location and the possibility of “walking-in”. We will always welcome one night walk-in guests when there is vacancy & the sign by the road says “vacancy”… – we’ve had many awesome “winging it” travelers.
Taxes
All Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, and are subject the taxes.
Current tax levy is 5% GST & 8% HST (hotel tax).
Deposit (Full Property Rental)
- All deposit and rental monies are place into a trust account in accordance to the requirements of British Columbia regulations
- $1500 non-refundable deposit at time of booking for full property rentals, or complete lodge rentals
- Balance due 2 months prior to arrival date
Deposit (Individual Room Rental)
- since individual room rentals are taken somewhere around 2 months prior to arrival full payment is charged at time of reservation
Cancellation Policy
- Before 2 months to arrival
- For individual bedroom or cottage rentals a full refund less $250 + GST as an administration fee.
- For cancellation of a wedding or full property rental or complete lodge rental there will be charged $1500 + GST as an administration fee.
- Less than 2 months to arrival
- Loss of deposit and balance
- No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures or late arrivals
Check-In
5:00 pm or by previous arrangement.
Check-Out
11:00 am unless otherwise arranged.
NO SMOKING INDOORS PLEASE
Smoking is allowed on decks, gardens and beaches.
Smokers please be respectful to nature and the property.
Dispose of butts safely and PLEASE do not litter – butts are not biodegradable. In all things RESPECT the land – Respect yourself.
